the players are just too restricted by this new system iof punishment

First of all this system is not healthy for any player specially the streamers if somebody wich has over 1000 followers on his stream is toxic in any way possible he will get banned instantly lets get the shaclone as an example he int-ed in 1 game and got 2 weeek ban even if ou watched the stream you are able to see why and how he got to the point of int-ing his team was soo toxic even if the game was in their favor but lets come back to the real problem the suspended players. They have no chance to get off the suspension if he has the words fuck damn or cancer in his qotes is just over he won't be able to get the restriction out. Why you ask well thats be cause i quote a rioter here "the toxic behavior is hardly punished at any form and with no remorse" so in orther words you get banned if a child say's he's toxic but riot do not care about 2 things. 1.Why is he soo toxic and what made him like this. 2.give him room to breath after just 1 punishment. At the first point we have the thing that riot will never help us feeders an afk-s we know but if a feeder reports a "toxic" player who say's "dude you're soo fucking bad just give up at this game" he will get insta banned but riot's excuse are the after words and that is the amount of rage that we all know is in solo queue anyway i think here riot has his own right they just cant start ban a player who fed in lane but let me explain something here if he feeds and flames back when some orther team mates are mocking him he won't get banned 80% of the times just be cause he "defended himself" and he helped riot to detect new "toxic" players and behavior thi is the problem here but lets get to the second poin shall we. At the second point we have the most amount of rage from players and the legendary losing streaks,after you got the 10 chat restrictions youre account is just over symply ,i'll give myslef as example here i got the first punishment after just 15 games after the restriction i got the scond one why you ask just be cause now im riot's target and they will make all what is possible for me to get prema ban and not just for me for all players who got them just be cause of the out dated summoner code we will get to it soon just wait but if you want to do not get the chat ban this is what you have to do "/mute all" is the only option but wait if i mute them all how should i know what they do when to come and how to help riot's answer: "we dont care use pings" but if they jsut spam pings or they are low elo and simply bait you into a lost fight riot's answer: " we dont care use pings" if you do not want to get punished just lose the games my friends but what about the smart pings? you ask nothing theya re useless be cause a bad player won't know anything else but flame and feed, riot LITERALLY PUNISHES YOU FOR TRYING TO TALK. Now lets get to the summoner code is simply old useless and none of the players will read it they will just pass over it like is nothing jsut be cause will not help them in game. This is my ideea for the punishment system 30 games chat block intentional feeding get a mail about a 2 week suspension and if they do not respont to it hammer ban them 1 day suspension 2 days suspension 1 week suspension permanent ban I will explain the first one is simple just block his way of comunication from the games not jsut give him some aviable messages they will probably be using them for flame anyway if they got already the restriction right so is better to liteally block them this will give them a real fear about the system. thanks for listening
