Well the title tells most of the story i went into ranked played bad and got banned right after i understand i played rly bad but just rank me down until i can keep up with my peers. If more information is needed i will answer asap
Yah, no. Sorry man. I just looked up the game and you were definently inting.
Anyone interested can go into the match history and look at 8:50 and clearly see you waltzing straight into the enemies. You were clearly trying to make it look not intentional, but you do this over and over again.

Finally, you just die.
Mind you, this is just a single example. You died 16 times that game. Just before this, you tried to 1v1 a Jinx. You were 0/5 11 minions. Jinx was 5/1 47 minions. And 2 levels ahead of you. Now, byitself that isn't that damning. But during the fight, you flee into a bush because of your low HP, Jinx gets minion blocked and can't auto you.
You had plenty time to escape that situation, but you decided that despite Jinx being near-full health, and you being half health AND all the fact that you KNOW how much damage you do, due because of just having fought her, decide that instead of backing off, you go back in. My description doesn't do it justice. It's all the small things in the replay that gives it away.
We can't really help you here. What does your reform card say when you log in? Was it a 14 day ban or perma? Have you gotten any punishments before?
I recommend sending a ticket into support to discuss it. Riot doesn't really frequent these boards and the mods/etc can't really do much to help your account get unbanned.
I assume you were banned for intentional feeding?
Well, I don't know how to watch your replay since you're on a different server than me, but your stats imply feeding for sure. You died 16 times in 19 minutes, you didn't place a single ward, and your build isn't actually going anywhere. You have two recurve bows, and the two daggers implies you were going to buy a third rather than actually complete any item. It also doesn't take a Kog'maw player to recognize that maxing Q isn't correct on that champ.
You've been Gold since season 6, so I'd have a hard time attributing this to inexperience, regardless of how long a break you've taken.
