How to improve this game

My last game(Ranked) I was given Jg, the support chose Sej and took smite. The team asked if she could switch smite to exhaust or something else in order to actually play support. She ignored us, then once game started just began to act like a jg, never even going to bot lane. It is times like this that I hate Lol and I know I am not alone with these experiences. My friends all share stories on who has had the worst team. Which has got us all thinking about a way to improve the game. We have an idea that their should be a kick and remake option. Basically the idea is that the team can choose to kick someone and remake the game within four minutes, just like normal remakes. I think it would allow an easy fix to the worst part of league, the trolls. Hopefully you read this and think about it.
