unfair chat restricted for 8 games

So i login today and wat i find but i been wrongly chat restrict for 8 games and the Riot tells me to change my name for no reason. yes i have feeded a few games but so has anyone and i dont see them get such a harsh punishment like me. I get many honor when i carry and i cannot be expected to treat noobs nice if they dont earn my respect

I am not a native english speaker so maybe somebody can explain to me what i did wrong because in my culture it is justify by how bad the noobs play and ruin my games. Who do I need to ask to get this unfair punishement remove or reduced?

You're racist, toxic and abusive. Whether people are good at the game or not, you never have the right to insult them. Save the chat for discussing tactics, otherwise don't use it.

Honestly, you're very lucky you got a 10-game chat restriction (the lightest punishment possible) from this set of chat logs, as this definitely worthy of a 2-week ban at least, and a permaban at most. All throughout both games you're very rude, disrespectful, racist (in the case of game 1) and hateful. For someone who claims to not be fluent in English you seem to be fluent in it enough to act like this. You also weren't "teaching them a lesson" in anything but how racist and hateful you can be when you don't get your way. Under no circumstances will this punishment be reversed, and considering your account is now permabanned this is probably the lesson and wake-up call you need that this kind of behavior is not gonna be tolerated here. Oh, and since you tried to pass this off as trash talk, to quote Baron Barian:

There's trash talking, and then there's talking like trash. Don't think twice before you talk. Think 5 times.

Yes and no. Yes, trash talk occurs, but it has definite limits. Most of the things that are punished in game (racial, ethnic and homophobic slurs, sexism, etc.) would also earn you a hefty fine in professional sports.
