Permanently banned (hope i chose the right topic this time xD)

I swear i will read everything . Now that u did it ,pls read xD You probably expect to see me complaing about my ban , dont you xD? Meh , if i had 1 dollar everytime someone thought that i will get a permaban i would have 0 dollars 'cause no one expected that xD. Basically im one of the 0.006% players toxic enough to get a permaban. Wish i never played this game , not only i spent a tone of time in it instead of doing other things but my personality changed as well . Well, since i got a permaban i should be as toxic as tyler 1 right... meh dont really think so ( im worse , just kidding lol xD). After my 14 days ban , i only encouraged my team mates no matter if they were 0/45 , but in this game my jungler came for a gank and the enemy jungler counterganked... idk , i dont consider myself as one of those who actually wish cancer to anyone for anything. Yes , I did say bad words but im sure im not part of the 0.006% part of that comunity. I also get triggered easily lately when ppl say die from cancer especially that my grandmother passed away 2 weeks ago from cancer. Whatever , what do you think comments with you're trash u deserve it incoming . Also if u actually read all of this ,ill send u a ferrari no joke ,no scam 120% true just let me ur adress kappa. *this is adressed to other players , im curious to see what are their thoguhts on my behaviour thx *

I get told to kill myself in rank and reported that player but got nothing in return.

My friend got banned for playing Support smite Signed.

My smurf account got a warning. I was told that I was a bad player in a game. Kept getting harassed and I did my best to ignore them.

Riot's not very consistent with their bans/what they allow in play. I was watching the WW stream on twitch and they said they encourage different types of play style- champion diversity. The chat went on to say remarks on the Support Signed with smite that got banned.

Not gonna say much about it , i kinda understand the fact that its hard to look into someones actions and judge them right given the fact that there s like millions of players playing this game. When you hear someone that is in the 0.006% part of League that are super toxic you would expect someone toxic af but i dont really am that way . As you said ,i didnt say kys or cancer or any other main things that people say these days in league chat , i did say bad words but not as close as toxic as others and i think thats kinda of unfair. Thanks for your comment btw.

Ehh, you're just overall a toxic person i guess. To begin you state you will afk you call others trash,boosted,useless

The reason i said ill afk is because my jungler told me to "go afk and killmyself because im useless", and i did not afk , it was more like " fine ill do it if u keep tellinf me that". You can totally see a change of attitude after the " what " message because he told me this (wish they would give the whole chat lol). Also im not toxic i dont even swear , fking retar..oh wait (just kidding xD). Thanks

Rito does not take context into consideration man , you can say " fuck me im a boosted bonobo useless chimpanzee " and it will trigger the system because you used "fuck" "boosted" "useless". just dont write in chat at all , its not necessary to win games and from my experience there is like 70% of flamers and 30% of actually nice summoners so you are not loosing much

can you post what they said to you ? im actually curious i think they will tell you about the "afk" and "useless" altho i myself dont think its so negative ( if done in your manner just once ) to get you banned but from my experience riot will never reverse your suspension so you should not bet on getting your acc back

The problem is, nobody stops at fuck off. There is a clear line between self defense and continued aggression

The problem is GOLEBILON people are willing to cross that line over the smallest of things. Someone tells you to "go off and die", your response should not include "kys, you peice of shit %%%lord,hope your mother dies in a pit", there is a distinct difference in escalation and self defense edit(whoops forget the censor, sorry rito)

Again its trashtalk not real talk, text does not translate intentions very well. So all sarcastic remarks have to be viewed as real. Just my opinion

Threatening to afking, calling heca boosted and trash and useless, taking the argument into all chat. This is what got you punished.

Extra notes:

Your behavior is what decides whether you get punished or not. If others started it but you join in on the rage fest then you're just as guilty as they are.

In the future just mute report and move on if someone starts acting up, and don't become a rager yourself if someone does something wrong. Easier said than done I know.

It was kinda harash . All im saying is that compared to "kill urself " , " get cancer " , " hope u / familiy member dies " , boosted / useless is not as near as toxic. Thanks for the response.

just my opinion: if smbd starts you shouldnt be punished the same way he is ( impossible idea cause this system does not take context into consideration )

There are many players that are not toxic but when they are in situation where smbd trolls them its hard to resist talking what you think about them. i had 2 trolls in recent games one banned my champ then inted 6 kills in lane running it straight mid , then blamed me because i didnt gank ( i played champ im not good with cause he banned mine ) 2nd one " i wanna try this build" ... ap trynd... in ranked... he also flamed and blamed me whole game.

I did nothing , i wasnt flaming and acted like they werent there but fuck it was hard to resist to tell that kata how fucking annoying she is.

The reason both are punished is because instead of one raging jerk your team now has to deal with two of them: the original and now you as well.

i know there will become a fight between 2 players problem is " we dont care who started " is not exactly justice... People who are chill and just got triggered and had a small outburst of emotions after being stuck with an inter in game will get punished in the same way like a guy that triggered whole shit. Its not fair, you can respond once to harrassing and get punished in the same way as guy who made multiple deaththreats towards you

And plz dont give me " you should have muted him " argument because then you will have multiple extremely toxic people telling you " just mute me lol ". I live in a real world where when smbd harrasses you , you respond to them and tell them to fuck off,

You may be super nice guy that does nothing when smbd verbally assults you for 40 minutes but most of us are not and it does not mean we are negative , it means we dont let smbd trashtalk us for free.

From the Instant Feedback System FAQ:

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on.

From Understanding the Tribunal:

4) That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? a) I'll keep this one simple: retaliation isn't OK. Reacting to a toxic player by being toxic just incites that player to be even worse--it also ruins the game for up to 8 other players. It is far, far worse to watch two people yelling at each other all game than it is to watch 1 player ranting into blank space. Almost everyone in the game can find someone out there that behaves worse than they do--but so what? Finding someone worse doesn't justify your behavior or justify retaliation. We expect more out of our players. What players often don't realize is... those other players in your game that you thought were worse? Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on. If you retaliate, both of you will be banned. Having an off game every once in a while won't get you punished so long as that's not the norm for the kind of behavior you exhibit. The people getting punished are the ones who consistently behave that way across multiple games.

What people often don't realize is that the mute button doesn't magically excuse their toxicity. Think of it as a band-aid of sorts: it's meant to curb the tide of the injury for that match, but it doesn't magically make the problem go away immediately. Also, just like in real life most establishments don't care much about who started it as both are creating negative experiences for the other customers and will often remove all parties involved if they refuse to stop yelling at each other.

By muting (walking away irl), ignoring and reporting you ensure that not only do you not get in trouble for lashing out at them but you also ensure that only they get in trouble for displaying poor behavior.

You can defend yourself so long as it's done in a neutral or positive manner. The moment that you start raging and flaming at them is when you're just being a jerk instead of defending yourself right there. As for me I'm not perfect and I have gotten angry at trolls in the past myself but because I don't consistently rage and flame at others who do things I don't like (in other words not saying or doing anything that I know will just get me in trouble) I have never been warned nor banned since I started playing in late S2.
