is being bad should be reported?

learning with mistakes is something everybody have experienced, since this game is alway bringing new meta style of playin. but i really feel that a lot of ppl just dont give a f**k since they know that they wont be punished for that. its also come back to general respect for who your playin with in the end.

but ive just grow more and more salty of seeing ppl not caring ( yeah its a game i know) ,by the time you get lvl 30 you should be able to have a good knowledge of the game and a sense of responsability to your allies.

i really hope rito will bring some sort of way to ''report'' bad players ...not to ban them cause they wont get any better but maybe forcing them to play vs bots and ending with a good ratio, or make an option that appear when your cs/K/D/A ratio too low, because its not alway about kill. some sort of punishement that will make ppl think twice about trolling ...maybe just a ''dont match me with this retarted again '' kind of option.

i had bad game too , bad matchup or just doin very poorly like everyone playin this game sometime, but i really feel the community has gone from bad to worst speaking of sportmanship.
