Hello everyone. I was curious about a couple things. How easy is it to find the Summoner's Code without Googling it? I tried looking through the tabs up top as well as the front portion of the boards. I couldn't find it. Do people still have a chance to read it when they first start playing? Also, how many people do you think have actually read it in the last few years?
There is a fairly prominent section about the Summoner's Code on the Game Info page, which is the first link at the top of the home page. http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/

Is that what you are talking about, or do you mean the EULA/TOS? If you mean the Eula/Tos then go to the very bottom of any official League page, and you can see hyperlinks.
About your question on whether or not it is still given out upon creation I am not sure. I created an account about 6 months ago, and don't remember receiving any information on it, but don't hold me to that. I personally read it when I made my main account, but that's just me most players if I had to guess would just skim through, and ignore it.
Under Game Info at the top, then mouse over Get Started. Summoner's Code is at the bottom of that menu.
When I click Game Info, the old screen AJ referenced pops up for me a second before it sends me to a Welcome page with a YouTube video and several other tabs, none of which include the Summoner's Code. I can't watch the YouTube video at the moment so I do not know what kind of content it has. I appreciate the links, but that's not my point. I would prefer it be easy to get to just using the website.
Are you maybe clicking on the New Player Guide by mistake? Because the page Game Info takes you to should be the old style of page, rather than the new one. If you're on the Game Info page, you can also scroll down and find the Summoner's code under "Customize your Summoner" and just above "Game Modes"
