Hate solo queuing with a bunch of toxic premades

I was solo queuing in a normal game and played with some premade team of 3 or 4 (idk) but they have been making my game so uncomfortable. I didn't flame nor did I swear. Every time I die, 2 of them would just ping spam me, I wasn't even inting, I had a 1st kill against my laner and after having 2 deaths (1/2/0) they would just ping spam me and "?". After that they told the enemy team to report me, I tried to not flame or swear. I did argue with them though, something about stop being so toxic and then another person said "shut the **** up". This is really annoying and I hope I don't get banned, I recently got suspended for not flaming a friend. (another word: No flaming in general) So I've learnt my lesson for not flaming :/ hate solo queuing with a bunch of toxic premades.
