I've made a program, which doesn't let you press the "enter" in LoL. If there is interest in it, I can make a GUI for it and upload somewhere in 1-2 weeks.
Would that be a good solution for you?
They don't have an option to do that in the client. There are 3rd party software options that can keep you from using the enter button, but the bottom line is, you have to put some effort into changing.
Log into LoL. Remove the enter key. Lock it in a safe. Hide key far away from your PC. Start queue. ???. Profit.
