My team bans my pick

This is getting pretty unbearable, but it happens to me sometimes twice a day. Someone on my team bans the champ I have selected.

I would really like if there was a warning dialog box, saying, "One of your teammates has selected this champion. Banning this champ will result in a dodge penalty for you, if the player who selected it dodges. Do you really wish to ban this champ?"

I've seen players do it strategically only once, but out of ignorance many times, and on purpose to upset the player many times.

Riot, could you move the dodge penalty to the player with the cojones to ban his teammate's pick? I think this would discourage people from doing this, which really starts games out on the wrong foot.
