What is wrong with tribunal

To whom it may concern,

The game began and our jungler starts blue buff (blue team side) so i decide to go to the first bush near bot tower. Our sona casually walks in the tribush and afks for about 10 seconds upon her return she gets cheesed by 2 enemy opponents, forcing her to use both summoners. meanwhile while this is happening i am fighting the adc (lucian)in the bush near tower, and as soon as she gets safe (used my heal on her) she says "Mf wtf is wrong with you" so i immediately am confused and i respond with a terrible answer telling to shut up because she forced my summoner spell and still blames me (she didnt die) so as soon as i send that message "stfu' i mute her because i no longer want any problems. i soon discover that because i muted sona. he must have been upset because he started attacking my cs making sure i dont get any, i let my team know of the situation and the only thing they can say is for me to "hang in there" so i try. what im trying to say is i was just frustrated at the whole "im gonna grief u because u muted me thing" like isnt the mute button suppose to be there to help stop this sort of behavior? and why am i punished for letting my allies know of what is happening in bot lane. how could i possibly have been chat restricted if i had communication within the team? i did not use foul language to the point where im going to get banned?

Well, I can tell you a few things wrong with your behavior in the game shown;

Sophie Slays: stfu muting you

That isn't necessary, and is likely to make them more upset or troll harder; it's best to just mute them silently and not antagonize them. From what you said, it sounds like she probably did turn to harassing you through gameplay because she knew chat would no longer affect you.

Sophie Slays: report sona

The report system isn't there for you to threaten or coerce a player, and each player should decide on their own who to report based on what they see and feel should be reported, not what you told them to report. All it takes is one report to flag their match for review, so lobbying for reports is both useless and potentially harmful. The same as telling them they are muted, they are more likely to react negatively to that then anything else.

You also spent quite a bit of your chat arguing with people or calling them out on their behavior or their gameplay. You can't make them play any better; the only thing you can do is try to lead and inspire them, and otherwise just focus on yourself. If you don't have anything positive or useful to say, consider not saying it.

Was this game provided to you in your email or through the client? The one in-client upon logging in may have more logs. You also may have few logs if you just came off another restriction and immediately triggered the next punishment because of your behavior.

To speak with Riot Player Support you'll need to submit a Support Ticket. They may be able to provide more information about your punishment, and that would be how you contest one if it's an error.

Well basically tribunal is a robot, and doesn't actually have the capacity to accurately judge toxicity.

Why does no one ever submit a support ticket =u=. thats the only way to contact them directly.
