Getting a troll in rank game

So I qued up into rank solo in gold and I get my preferred lane mid and I get ask by an individual can I have mid and I say no so this individual aperantly got autofilled jungle so our top laner tells him go top I'll Jungle and the person picks karma with ghost and flash and to make matters worse comes mid takes all my xp puts me behind and gives out multiple deaths including first blood and the worse thing is I can deal with inters and trolls But this person starts by buying full inventory of dorans rings then purchases every single boots in game and just all chatting talking a lot of shit can you do something about this riot I mean I'm trying my hardest to climb but I get people like this in multiple games but this guy has been so far the worst This is the guys opgg u can see the karma game he played where he purchased every boot in game
