Reported for Thanking Feeder in Enemy Team

In the past week, I got reported for harassment three times by the enemy team. To be perfectly honest, I am no where good in this game. Is it wrong to thank the enemy team for feeding me? It's not my fault they gave me an opportunity to kill them. If the opportunity came, I'm pretty sure anyone of you guys would take it. They want to punish me because they're carrying my lane. It's not like I trash talked like "GG Noob" or "Suck It". I just say like "Please carry me (Insert enemy champion) cause I suck at this game :(" or "Please carry my team" when I kill them. I'm pretty sure that isn't harassment. I am acknowledging that I suck at this game and that I can't win without their help.

Yes its wrong and you should know this. You are being rude and very inconsiderate. Thats like saying i got robbed for 100 bucks and the robber gave the money to his girlfriend and she looks at you and says thank you for getting rob. Its not her fault you got rob but she thanked you anyways.

Legit what does that have to do with league. Your analogy is weak. The whole point of this post is to point out that the guy managed to get a break. Yay good for him. However he went ahead and basically rubbed it in the enemy face which is a reportable offence and is unsportsmanlike.

In other words: You can't win unless they're bad. The implied meaning is the problem here. You are essentially saying "thanks for being so bad" or, if you prefer: "thanks for being even worse than me", which at the very least sounds extremely condecending; even if you're being sincere and you actually don't mean it this way.

Can we agree that the games we win is because the fault of the enemy team? I don't have perfect games. Mistakes happen in every game for me. If I am able to make mistakes and win games just means I'm able to take secure advantages. It doesn't mean I am good. The only people who thinks they're good and their team is holding them back are the bronze players who have little experience of the game and think they know everything.

No, we can't agree on that. If I'm playing against five players that are literally afk, I can do all the mistakes I want. Likewise, if I make more mistakes than the enemy team and they're better at capitalizing from my mistakes, they will win the game. Sure, mistakes play a role in who wins and who loses, but to attribute the entire outcome of every game ever to mistakes just isn't reasonable.

You're also missing the point I was trying to make. Even if a single mistake decides the outcome for the entire game, it'd still be condecending to thank them for doing that mistake.

Condescending would mean that I would show that I was superior than them. I did not anywhere said I was a better player than them. So, I did not condescend to anyone. I only exploited their mistake and let them know that their mistake was the reason I was able to get a lead. Apparently, they got butt hurt that someone pointed out that they died.

I was thinking more in the lines of a sport like football. A scenario like opposing team intercepts the football. The opposing player who intercepts the ball tells the quarterback that the interception was only possible cause he messed up the throw. Doesn't sound like there was harassment involved. I didn't cyber bully or curse out the enemy team in anyway.

I mainly only play rank which is why i gave so many silly analogy's. Its not fun or cool to have someone rub shit in their face all the time.

No offense dude. But you sound really salty as hell. Yes, what I did was unsportsmanlike but I don't consider it harassment. I did not "repeatedly" disturbed the opposing player. I've seen harassment in games where they "repeatedly" bully the player over every little thing...

Nah actually that's perfectly normal.

Chance sometimes comes in many different forms in this game. However you do need to be considerate towards the enemy team. Cause you know what goes around comes around. Especially with this system. Get a feeder on the enemy team eventually you will get one on your team. And it will balance out trust me.
