End of Season Ranked Rewards

So I did not receive any ranked season rewards... no border no icon no graves skin... is it because I had 14 day ban?

Most likely. If it was between like august and end of season It was from the ban.
Your 14 day ban was too close to the end of the season for your account to return to good standing to be eligible for rewards. Sorry I can't bring better news.
