Hi, is there something that can happen with this account? The truth is that another person played on this account and he was being toxic using curse words etc. (the account is frozen for years it would be good to get it back) Thanks :)
Unfortunately, Riot considers your account security to be your responsibility. If you willfully or through neglect allowed someone else to access your account, then any punishment they accrued is your responsibility.
If the other person hacked/compromised your account, you may be able to recover it, but that would be done through a “I need help accessing my account” ticket at the support site.
Sharing account is illegal. Did you give him your info to log in?
If it was perma banned it's gone riot won't reverse it unless in error which is extremely rare
