is there a way you can get the chat from in game?

i ran into a player who sat afk in base and called me and a teammate racial and homophobic slurs all game and threatened to "beat my ass" (not that im worried hes gonna come do that) and proceeded to say he doesnt care if we report him. this is one of the few times i feel like someone shouldnt be playing this game with how he acted.

I dont know if this is a habit of his but shit like that shouldnt be a reoccurring thing before a player at least catches a chat ban.
