My Permanent ban

So im not even going to try and argue the ridiculous system that is in place, i agree i was toxic i am toxic in games far too much but its one of the reasons i am able to get to a high level in most games i play because i don't expect less than perfection and if i see someone do something wrong i tell them, if they don;'t listen i sometimes get mad.

My issue is that i have just received a permanent ban for being toxic, you will see the chat below but all i say is f you and your shit etc. All things that adults say in sports and in life. I get perm bans for things like kill yourself and real dark shit but banning me permanently for telling someone to f off its a joke.

My real issue is this, the amount of games people have told me to die, or get cancer (a common insult in some countries in Europe) and i always report them and nothing happens, as someone who suffers from pancreatic cancer i find this to be unreal. I am sick every single day, i havent eaten a meal since 8 may 2015 without being sick. not once in nearly a year. And people can say that and not get banned, i dont care if its a first offence or whatever, if someone tells me to go die of cancer and i report them nothing happens, but when i say your shit to some guy who doesnt use his ult for 25 mins of a game i get perm banned. What the hell is this system.
