Hello,

So I logged on to see a message that told me I was eligible to earn loot after games, keep up the good work, etc. But when I check my honor level I am still dishonorable. Does that mean I am still able to earn loot?

at honor lvl 1, you can get hextech key fragments (at a slower rate) and hextech chests.

You aren't considered neutral until you reach honor lvl 2
