Please make a fair system of matching system

I've been trying to climb for awhile but the thing is that there are so many people trolling or just got no skills to stay at the place where they belong right now. They should be rechecked so they don't cause other people from enjoying the game. I really don't mind losing the game, but then when I lose a game where I have a horrible team mate that just ruins the fun. If I lose a competitive match where we are all good and a close fight within our skill levels I would accept that but people trolling and sucking causing others game plays that I can't not and I would not accept. Please consider this into your matching system please. I truly believe that many people belong in the bronze levels and makes me question why they are in our games. So lastly, just helper gamer out who loves to play league with people who truly care about the game especially when they are playing a ranked game. They start a game and not try that makes me mad. You guys as a game makers please help out a gamer who loves to enjoy league of legends with people with same thoughts.
