Player that should very obviously be banned and not receiving any noticeable punishment

Hi Riot,

I really usually do not go this far out of my way to make sure someone receives adequate punishment but I feel that this person is an outlying case and requires immediate attention.

A few days ago I played a game with a player who when being politely asked to not to extend too far from his turret proceeded to verbally abuse his team to an unreasonable extend, calling players "autistic fuckers" "retarted" <- yes he spelt it incorrectly and "fucking stupid". I would also like to point out that the team was winning and there was no real cause for this anger.

I personally tried to reason with this player in the hopes that maybe he would realize that his behavior was inappropriate by saying "I think you are being a bit aggressive." and "Have you thought that maybe you are upsetting your teammates needlessly? we are winning my friend." But he only got worse.

Now this is a problem on many levels but the one I have the biggest issue I have is that he was insulting mental illness. There are likely many autistic players on league of legends and the pain it would cause them to encounter this player is unacceptable.

Me and 2 of my queued friends all reported him and I sure more people as well, I even made sure to take my time to submit a ticket with a screen shot showing post game chat where he was ALSO toxic to ensure this was looked over. I was told they would look over it but could not tell me his punishment. My problem is when I look at his profile I still see multiple games being played every day.

I know I'm not allowed to post his name because apparently that's a worse thing to do than how he acted but I want to know that this player has been punished accordingly. If a riot employee could please contact me and let me know this is happening I would greatly appreciate it.

i find it hilarious how he says he's trying to get his account permabanned. like, that's such an obvious strategy, trying to trick you into not reporting him because he "wants" to get banned

He also apparently admits to account sharing in the post game chat which is a permanently bannable offence if I'm not mistaken? That alone should be grounds for banning.

Someone call the police!. What does this person think they are on the Internet? Someone plz protect this child from the world. Plz filter everything so his eyes only see kittens playing, his nose smelling apple pie.

I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years` research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine--any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically.

It's only a matter of time before everyone of the children will be changed, they will submit.
