WHEN you get zero help from support

Why I even bother writing to riot support anymore I never feel like I get help or any actual advice that isn't half assed, if you can't help me then redirect me to someone that can, otherwise whats the point in submitting tickets or writing on here it goes round and round til the end of time, I asked to have someone from penalty systems get into contact with me to address long standing issues yet seems like that's not possible so guess I can rant on here til I get someone to listen

So, if your issue is that you were issued a penalty and want it removed, Riot Support will not continue to respond once they have made a decision and explained it to you.

If you are trying to make suggestions on the punishment systems in the game, Riot Support is not the proper place to suggest things - the boards are. Support is there for technical/account issues/recovery/fixes - not to change the game.

What's the issue you want to address? You haven't given us anything to go on here. If you must rant, do so with substance.

My brain was like, why you blaming your support, you trashy adc main? Then I realized you meant Support as in Riot Support. Woops.
