Unable to earn loot

So I had to go afk in a game, it was my fault I had to go bad timing I'm sorry. Thing is it said at the end screen of the game that I am ineligible to earn loot. I get this is fair as a punishment but I wanted to know for how long will this be, is it for a certain amount of games or just time?

its broken. RIOT decides when you can earn earn them again. If you get reported ONCE for any negitive behavior, it resets the time. Theres no time, so in other words you have a better chance at dieing and coming back from the grave then you do having rito think your reformed.
