a couple months into season 7 I was permanently suspended for using a 3rd party program, that's fine but I was suspended for using a custom skin program. since its been an entire season it would be sweet if I could go into like some conversation and persuade for the said account back. thanks
Sorry that you were banned, but you were essentially stealing if you were using that program to use either their assets (unlocking skins that are not purchased) or you were cheating to give you an unfair advantage. They are extremely protective of their intellectual property (and rightfully so).
You may plead, but Riot's policy is hard and fast when it comes to banned accounts: A permanently banned account that was neither banned in error nor as a protective measure, will not be reinstated.
