i think the report program is bad all this time but you need change or make some change

i think you a player are do something wrong or troll or do something broke summaner code you imform them that if they do it again next game they report or something cuz it now is suck . we need something to make fair to other player that been in bad game is wast alot time and money also passion . or have a chat that imform them or something.
