Where is the Line

Hi, fellow summoners i wanted to ask a question, about where is the line for riot to say what should be instantly punishable and what can slip, because i feel like each day that i get on league and decide to play a game, i am only going to end up with someone being auto filled on my side, doing things like banning my SELECTED champion and than trolling in post lobby chat, in the hopes that i dodge or someone on the team, than picks a jungle champion as support, than ints the lane phase, so the enemy starts snowballing. My question is, if i cannot play the game because others want to show this type of behavior than let me conclude that your game is not fun to play due to its players and that i will quit. thank you for understanding a Toxic player [slayer-jinx-catface]
