So my freind got banned for saying "kys". Even though his context was "Report Tahm he said kys".What is this?!?

He should contact support. Kys triggers the automated system. Though he needs to learn that you dont need to ask for reports. Any reports past the first dont add anything. One report is all you need to trigger a review. 1 vote or 9 have the same strength.

Have your friend go to the support site and submit a support ticket to have the IFS determination reviewed as it may be considered a false positive. There is no chat log you are posting for your friend so I can't tell you if there is anything else in there that might have caused a punishment, however, just so you know, there are cases that people have made up lies about what other say and claim that someone else said some kind of zero tolerance policy word and request people to report that player and when the person makes the lie up, they get punished for lying about it.
