Not sure if this is where suggestions go but..

Disclaimer: First two paragraphs is what I find wrong with what we have and a lot of my meaningless complaining. 3rd paragraph has my actual suggestion.

I think that League of Legends should at some point think of integrating a player behavior report system similar to CSGO's. Minus the fact that CSGO doesn't punish people for being toxic because if you think that league's community is bad, ohohoho... Back onto the topic, league of legends bans players for being toxic, and that's not bad but the bot that they use to do it is garbage lol. Why? 1. It issues bans regardless of context. Say you have a friend to flames you relentlessly because you're buds, but another player dislikes him for the way he plays or something and says... /all report [insertnamehere] because he's flaming so much! Yeah I guess there are multiple strikes such as chat suspensions and such, but people just kind of ignore it because they aren't really doing anything "wrong." Yeah that's their fault and all but I just wanted to mention it because let's say somebody tries to appeal for their ban.. The chat logs only record the banned player's chat. Hah sucks for him right!?

What I really want to get into is punishment for INTING! We all need this so bad. Like Tyler1 says, people run it down mid, no matter what rank it is, but they don't type in chat beacause THAT'S what they'll get punished for. Only a fraction of int'ers are punished for their sins, and some of them aren't even int'ing. Having many deaths from tilt, camp, being dived by reworked akali, zed vs. yasuo w/ ignite, etc. They're innocent and just can't do anything about dying. This is where my suggestion comes in.

CSGO's Overwatch system takes reports of people who are hacking. You could do something similar for people who are int'ing. If about 5 or so people report the player, the game replay is sent to an Overwatch reviewer (a player who is well known as unbias and usually is a streamer/youtuber) who was invited to the Overwatch team to help review cases. The reviewer watces over the gameplay and decides based on a number of factors whether the person is guilty or not. This is then reviewed by a few more people to make sure that the judgement is valid, and then they go to jail/they're shot on the spot. (lol they get banned). This already sounds like a lengthy plan that riot wouldn't want to go through doing but it's just a thought that'd be very effective.

Another disclaimer: I am well away that CSGO's playerbase is much smaller than league's, and that's a large factor in such an idea, so this isn't THAT pheasible.. but just a suggestion still <3*[sg-ahri-2]*

Made a post on inting and solutions Riot can take, if you wanna go look at it. As a fellow CS:GO player (LEM post DeRankening) I feel your pain and it is a difficult transition. Inters definitely should be punished more I agree, and toxicity is an interesting interaction between the players in the community.
