Sometimes I really like league and I do report some things here and there to make the gameplay better for others. I dont know why but sometimes when I log in I get a key Fragment.
I really thank RIOT for that but... I GOT 18 KEYS NOW AND I REALLY DONT WANT 2 SPEND MONEY FOR CHESTS.

Play other champions and do well enough to unlock their chest?
You get Key Fragments when you log in, because Keys and Chest have been tied to Honor. Keys are no longer rewarded simply from playing matches, but rather given to you so long as you maintain good honor status.
I main anivia and play mundo occasionally.. I have like 6 full keys forged and I can't get another damn chest because I don't play enough champs. If you want chests, like me, you're gonna have to start playing different champs and performing well with them.
