i got banned for no reason

I was banned just because we our vayne just flame all team, she condescends all and I envy them, so and she dont get banned, thats is not honest, right? so banned she or just unbanned me....

If the Vayne flamed, and if you reported them, they will get punished. Perhaps not banned, but they will suffer a suitable punishment. If you didn't report Vayne, they won't get punished, and that's on you. That said, Vayne should not be punished for you being reported; you are not Vayne, so if you got reported, the IFS reviews your chat alone, and punishes you alone.

Without seeing your chat logs, we can't see what may have triggered your punishment, but we can't take your word that you were banned for no reason. If you want to prove that you were banned unjustly, you should provide your chat logs.

The IFS does not look at (or provide) any other player's chat in the chat logs they reviewed that led to your punishment, because whatever they say has no bearing on what you say; they don't force you to say anything, and therefor you are solely held accountable for what you say.

That said, this chat log looks fairly mild for a ban. I can see where it would have triggered at the end;

Calling whomever toxic and accusing Fizz of feeding, but nevertheless, it looks like a chat log that would only lead towards a chat restriction on its own - and that's assuming you've had a recent history of negative behaviors.

So, there's a few things that are likely here;

You are misusing the term "ban" to refer to a chat restriction, and your punishment is lighter than you initially claim.
You have recently come off of another punishment (either a 25-game chat restriction or a 14-day ban, depending on what punishment you received), and have not learned from prior punishments.
You edited your chat logs to omit particularly bad lines of chat.
You may have said something in pre- or post-game chat, which is picked up by, but not presented, by the IFS.

There may be other factors to consider, but, I really feel the best place to start would be to just ask; what punishment did you actually receive? Was it a 10-game Chat Restriction, 25-game Chat Restriction, 14-day Ban, or Permaban?

Firstly, while anyone can generally look at your match history to see the rough overview, you should probably remove the link, as the boards isn't a place to report players, and naming and (in this case in particular) shaming other players is against the Boards Universal Rules.

Naming and Shaming

Moderators will look for the following:

Personal attacks

Posts that accuse others of causing a negative in-game experience

Posts targeted at witch-hunting / naming and shaming

Posts accusing others of malicious activity

Posts that accuse others of cheating or using illegal services

Posts accusing others of trolling on the Boards

I've italicized the line that applies the most here.

Second, 2/11/3 isn't feeding. Sure, they had three deaths a bit far up, but the majority of their deaths happened closer to their side of the map, so to claim that they were feeding is a stretch.

And, third - again, Vayne's bad behavior doesn't play into your own. Like I said - if they flamed, and you reported them, they'll get punished. But, we're not here to talk about Vayne and what she did, we're talking about you and what you did.

Then, unfortunately, as far as I can tell, the permaban was warranted. Although, again, I'd have to say that the match which triggered the final punishment was remarkably mild, even with the bit at the end.

I'd personally recommend that you try your luck with filing a Support Ticket for a ban appeal, though I personally wouldn't hedge my bets on it.

If you do decide to appeal your ban, I'd personally suggest you avoid bringing up the Vayne, since, as I mentioned, you are solely accountable for your actions, and it wouldn't do you any good to try and leverage their toxicity into your appeal. Just be honest, ask if that chat log was truly enough to warrant the ultimate punishment, and ask if, in the Rioter's jurisdiction, the ban should stay.

Like I said, though - while it is an option, I would not get my hopes up on it. Permanent bans are very seldom revoked, and those cases are virtually always when the ban has been placed in error.

You don't get punished for other people's actions, you get punished for your own. I've said about all there really is to say on the matter - your chat logs are mild, but still negative enough to be flagged, you recently got off of a 14-day suspension, so the only next step is a permaban, and Vayne's actions don't have any weight in the context of your case.

I've also given you a link to Riot Support - you can create a Support ticket and appeal your ban if you like, but like I said, I wouldn't get my hopes up about it.

Your options from here are as follows;

Accept the punishment and leave League of Legends
Accept the punishment and create a new account with the intent to learn from the previous one
And/Or file a Support ticket to see whether or not your account could be unbanned considering the circumstances.
