Fondling Gems1 votesTaric is the hardest champ to level because he can be leveled in so many different ways based on the lane you are in.
I run 0-12-18 grasp masteries.
Items you want the relic eye rush and swifty boots unless they have a LOT of cc.
Then you grab ibg into locket and general support items.
I start E then grab Q if we have taken much dmg, W otherwise.
If we are the better fighting lane I get about 3 points in E then about 3 points in W before finishing E>W>Q.
Unless you have to use it a lot I get 1 rank in ult then leave it at that until I start needing off cd more.
If you lane is getting poked and you want your Vayne/Kog to their powerspikes then stagger level Q and W, grabbing R whenever you can. If this is the case I might just grab part of a mana regen item.
Make sure to get that 40% cdr and auto 2 times after every ability.
