ARAM bots are out of control.

The ARAM servers are overwhelmed with bots.

Bots can be identified easily at the start of match and during gameplay. Typical behavior includes buying a single item and walking immediately down the lane and sometimes getting caught on the outer turret (looks like they're trying to walk into them). The bots then proceed to auto-attack minions and enemy champions rarely using skills to the advantage of themselves or the team. They do not respond to pings or chat (obviously not). Leaving sight (by walking into a bush, stealthing, or leaving visual range) appears to make the bot "forget" about you until it sees you again (i.e., won't chase into a bush or throw predicted skillshots). As you might be able to tell, this is both frustrating to have on your team and to fight against (where's the challenge? Where is the play? This was a game meant to be played against other PEOPLE. These bots don't offer the same experience, nor did I sign up to play against them.)

How bad is it? Here are a series of games played between myself and friends and the recognized bot composition over the past few days: Duo queue with a friend: We were the only humans on our team. Next game, the same. I got demoralized and went to play something else. Friend queues again, ever the optimist, turns out he was the ONLY human on his team.

Various 1-2 bots intermittently through out games from then until now, and while I understand not all bots can be prevented, the last game, myself and 2 others played, we were the only humans on our team (3 humans, 2 bots) vs. what appeared to be 4 definite bots, and perhaps a 5th one (we couldn't pinpoint any absolutely defining patterns), though we think it was a human from other cues... Not 100% sure, too tilted to really care at that point.

The problem is growing and has been growing seemingly exponentially for the past few days. This definitely was not a problem 2-3 weeks ago when I had introduced my friends to this game.

ARAM used to be a place where we could go to relax, inundate ourselves with new challenges and just have a good ol' fun time. Now, it's like punching a wall (but we don't get any mana [holler if you catch that reference]).

Naturally, I report every single one of them, as they're "cheating" to farm IP. I bring this here because I can't put out the effort after wasting 15-30 minutes of my time on a wasted game that I'd get punished for if I chose to leave.

Riot, please address this issue swiftly.

Some more bot-identifying information provided by derpumu in the above post: -Summonor icon is usually Tibbers. -No masteries. -History spammed with games w/o time for rest (humans would not do this). -Same "template" builds being reused over and over. -Instituting captchas may help weed out bots.

And on an additional note, I would much rather have longer queue times than get into a game with a bot. Better to wait another 2 minutes than waste another 20.
