Perm Banned?

I was recently permanently banned for 1 game of being reported. I had a disagreement with the bottom lane about a play with mid in the topside jungle (bot wasn't there idk why they were whining), but it turned into bot flaming me all game. After the game I was reported by just the 2 (as far as I know), but then I got a notification saying I was permanently banned. The ban report as to why I was banned only had 1 game, which was the game I had just finished. Could someone explain to me why I was banned? Thanks. -Ign: Axelsaw
