One trick smurfing?

I already know that we love smurfs here in League and there's zero problems at all with smurfing and anyone should be able to beat any smurf regardless of rank just get good lel. /s Most of the time the argument I see is to "practice off roles" or "Play champs I don't know well." So then my question is: What about someone who smurfs and plays their One Trick champ? Like I just watched my friend play a game and there's a player on the enemy team who has the champ they're playing's name in their summoner name and has Mastery 7 with that champ and they aren't even level 30 yet. That's just what makes them look like a smurf, but they also even admitted to it. Are we okay with this too? I guess sure because they buy more skins still?

It's not a question of whether "we" are OK with this or not. It's a free to play game. Go and create multiple accounts for yourself too, nobody's going to stop you.

Why would I do that? I enjoy playing the game with people around my skill level and I own all the champs already on my account. I don't have self esteem issues enough to make a new account to stomp on people to make myself feel good. I suppose it's not like overwatch where they spell out cheating as engaging in any act that gives an unfair advantage. They just have a checkbox next to the word "Cheating" I suppose if they don't see a problem matching MASTER players on an actual Master ranked account in games with legit new people (happened to this same friend earlier today) putting fresh accounts with high MMR players behind them with legit new players is nothing. Good ol League.

Silvers can't stomp anybody, so I don't really think they're comparable. But when a plat+ makes a new account to play their MAIN champs anyway? That's pretty silly
