Perma banned and Riot hasn't sent me and email telling me why or responded to my tickets.

So I got perma banned from the game played the day before its been 2 days no answer from riot telling me why or email wont respond to my tickets or anything and I have all the champs and I have a ton of skins, besides that I have never cheated in the game used racism of any kind or anything. sure I've argued with people in game but a perma ban without an answer why is a little annoying.

They actually dont send you an email anymore , im suspended have not received any mail ( i have dedicated e mail just for this account so i would notice if there was smth in spam etc ) ,

About your ban , Riot has a stupid policy that they never reverse bans , no matter what you said in your chat logs they will tell you that its toxic , if you said fuck one time they will tell you its extremely toxic and you deserved your ban. Sadly you will need to start new account. The "review " is not done by human its system that bans you ( or im wrong and they hire superhumans that can read chatlogs from 3 games in less than 5 seconds ). Post the response they gave you cause it will be funny im 99% sure it will be smth like " we dont reverse bans smth smth smth you are toxic because smth and hope you will enjoy other games "

Have you checked your spam folder? It sometimes ends up there.

You should open a ticket with Player Support to get more info about your ban.

those 2 days are from the weekend. Typically they don't count as "days".

You should expect the email by wednesday.

If you used PayPal for any of the purchases you can have them refunded others will tell you this isn't true but try it for yourself I have and it works
