If you're willing to have a discussion about this I recommend posting the chat logs provided in your in-client reform card.

I predict there are 3 games with about 30 lines each of arguing with the team, insulting them, and threatening to report someone, and that this is not the first punishment received.

It's probably a fairly toxic card. However, threatening to report isn't a punishable offense. I almost always tell people that I plan to report them, either they'll shape up and quit being a child about it or keep it up and take the ban like a champ. Either way, I feel like I benefit.

yeah good thing they made a banning system where someone can report you and go log in to about lets say 60 other account roughly find thier report and spam to ban so deep dont even talk specially when stating a neg fact about a player is bannable lying is rude therefore i tell it straight if you cant take heat get of the web

How are they going to report you on multiple accounts without playing with you? Are you sure you know how reporting a player is achieved? It is done in the post-game screen, and there is no Tribunal; players can't view reports at all or vote on them.

Just because you're being rude anonymously on the internet doesn't make it not rude. People don't come here to get flamed, they want to enjoy the game and most do not want to deal with that sort of behavior. The community and Riot has a standard for behavior which you agreed to follow; if you can't take the heat of consequences for your negative behavior being a problem for the other players don't sign the Terms of Use agreement.

What are you on about?

The standard report system only allows you to report the player at the end of the game. You can't get reported by random people not in your game.
