Account received a 14 day ban

Hello Riot so I recently got a 14 day ban from well riot. While I do understand what it was for and I do understand what I did was wrong and I do deserve the ban I'm not here to try and fight that or make excuses. What I am here to do is tell you I would very much appreciate the ban turned down to 7 days or even removed fully, I understand I do not deserve this but I truly do love this game. This ban has honestly shown me that it is a game and having a team I might not like is no reason for me to freak out in trying to defend how a friend or I am playing, if I'm playing bad there is no sense in me getting mad at my team for pointing it out because they are right.

In conclusion I would be very grateful if the ban was undone or shortened, the only other ban I have gotten was a 2 day ban for a purchase issue which we resolved because it was our credit card company taking off the wrong charge when they weren't supposed to take off any charge from riot. Hopefully you will read this and not dismiss it as an "I'm sorry please unban me because it isn't my fault " but as a real apology even though I know you get about 387450 of these a day I'm sure. My friend shows me this game late winter of last year and at first I thought it was dumb, now I play daily, and many games daily on it. Anyways I'll wrap it up, please do rethink my ban and if you decide not to change it I understand in that case just take this as an apology to you, the players, and the game. If you know what you did was wrong, and you've accepted it then just accept the time away from the game and use that time to change what got you into the situation in the first place and come back with a better outlook and never repeat the same mistake.

Seemed as if you understood the reason, and if you don't "understand" the reason, you can't really apologize. And the fact even if you thoroughly understood and genuinely apologized for it, that doesn't absolve you of the punishment.

Tough it out and don't do it again.

Okay guys I'm surprised to be getting this much hate for a simple apology. Did I ask for a lift on the ban yes, am I begging for it; no. I said very clearly in the last part "if you choose not to lift the ban i understand in that case take this as an apology." Come on guys.
