i just play a game where i was the only real player...you know how frustrating that is?.....they go into ARMS or is it that you riot dont respect us who like to play all champions and skins we have?..... this a huge problem about 95% of games have bots
Not that they don't care, but there's nothing they can do about it, and every countermeasure against botters mentioned so far has their drawbacks.
It's nearly impossible to filter out bots without ever getting false positives. Bots are getting banned all the time, but it can't be entrusted to a completely automated system (yet), so it has to rely on reports from players followed by a manual review from a Rioter to confirm it. We're pretty much stuck with them until we come up with a feasible solution to remove the motivation for botting.
You would think that after years of LOL someone would have done something about it. They need to have some sort of Visual code that is displayed at the Champion select screen which the Bot programs cant make out the letters and get kicked out... or something like that. Making credit card payment sometimes brings up that screen. Just a suggestion.
I encountered the same thing in my previous game.......... So ridiculous
It would be great to see more done about this. Felt like playing Teemo, and didn't want the world to hate me, so I thought I'd play co-op vs AI. Lost horribly after everyone else on my team was a bot.
