Why are players in this game such jerks, and unwilling to help others

So i don't know why, but SBMM in every game hates me, i have lower skilled players on my team ( not saying im really good or anything, im ok) but really good players on the enemy team. And it doesn't feel like SBMM at all, it feels like the matchmaking puts good players on one team and crap players on the other, and i rarely experience even games, it always feels one sided, and there is the problem where players like me want to not get wrecked every game i play, but then other "high skilled" players are unwilling to help , teach or just play with players not as good as them, they would rather sh!t on you and insult you, then show you or teach you on how to get better at this game. These "high skilled" players just want to show of how many kills they got, even if it was against a team of new players, they might go 40/0 or whatever against this team of new players, which is easy, you played way longer then they have, so you know how to play more then they do, but even when these new or lower skilled players ask these higher skilled players for tips or help, or just to play with a better team, these higher skilled players just sh!t on these new or lower players, telling them "no im not playing with you" ,"no im not teaching you how to play" or even " fk u scrub, u suk so much you shud quit" and on. and well these new or lower skilled players just give up because no one wants to play with them, teach , or help them, and its all because these skilled players think its a waste of time, or even they're just selfish jerks that don't care about others. I really don't get some players, they think they are really good, when the enemy team was lower in skill or just new to the game, and the only time i think im doing pretty good is when i kill another player that is either really skilled or just doing really good in this game, because if im just melting everyone, (which rarely happens) its just easy and thats boring. and if you kill someone that is higher in skill then you, then you are good, but if you always say you're good , but you're just against new or lower in skill players, then you're not that good. So what im trying to say is teach new or lower skilled players how to get better if they ask , or just friend them and just play and teach them, trust me, they'll be really happy, and you'll feel better then winning a game
