A lv. 21 player being extremely toxic and troll, what can i do except reporting them?

Um, hi everyone, I was playing with my small ac with my friends, since it was a ng. my friend was playing Raka who was supporting a freaking new champion who was just Lv. 21 ( AC name: love ????? faith), and then he was trolling all the game. However, this is not the only thing he did. The thing that he/she pissed me off is that he/she stood at the base, spamming his keyboard with about 20 or more words saying how bad we were and what he will going to do, idk y he would do that, it was just a normal game and act like a bixxh . After the game, we was still non-stop spamming as fast and as hard as he can with our mid lane ( I did not read their converstion :p). I have reported this pathetic player, but as he said before, the reporting system may not give a crap of a report who was just reporting a single player while he was playing ng. What should I do?? Or there are nothing I can do?? btw Pls be careful with this player ( ???? peace faith) [zombie-nunu-tears]

You are not allowed to call people out on the boards. I suggest removing the name of the person you are accusing of trolling.
