A lv. 21 player being extremely toxic and troll, what can i do except reporting them?

Um, hi everyone, I was playing with my small ac with my friends, since it was a ng. my friend was playing Raka Soraka who was supporting a freaking new champion Xayah who was just Lv. 21 ( AC name: love ????? faith), and then he was trolling all the game. However, this is not the only thing he did. The thing that he/she pissed me off is that he/she stood at the base, spamming his keyboard with about 20 or more words saying how bad we were and what he will going to do, idk y he would do that, it was just a normal game and act like a bixxh . After the game, we was still non-stop spamming as fast and as hard as he can with our mid lane TwistedFate ( I did not read their converstion :p). I have reported this pathetic player, but as he said before, the reporting system may not give a crap of a report who was just reporting a single player while he was playing ng. What should I do?? Or there are nothing I can do?? btw Pls be careful with this player ( ???? peace faith) [zombie-nunu-tears]

You are not allowed to call people out on the boards. I suggest removing the name of the person you are accusing of trolling.

I tried to hide the person's name or should remove it, but I really want people to beware of this player...

I know. But it's just a boards rule to keep people from harassing others, and with rules, you can't cut corners or make exceptions because it complicates the whole system. Say I meet a guy and he trolls a game and I tell everyone his name on here. He'll get people adding him just to mess with him, retaliation, ect ect. There are many many players. You will probably never run into him again. If he was especially bad, what you can do is send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and choose >Submit a Request >I Have a Question about League of Legends/Riot games >Category >Game and Features >General Questions. Once you are there and have filled out the prerequisite information, you may write a message to Riot and attach any screenshots of in game chat or trolling.

Keep in mind Riot likes to try and give players a couple chances because anything can affect player mood. Only when it's consistent does it become an issue that is quickly addressed. If a player is toxic 1 game out of 30 and it's not too bad, they likely won't see punishment compared to someone who is toxic 1 out of 2 games and uses hate speech.
