Hi, i am well aware that i have been toxic once but im not anymore and i just dont understand how i am permabanned for these things when the kai'sa were legit flaming me and then she gets no punishment?????

I could see this getting a chat restriction... maybe. Have you had a 14-day ban before?

doesn't matter to your account how another person is behaving. the chat logs support the idea that you are harassing the person back, which is still wrong even if they started it. people don't like to see fights, they will report both sides not just the instigator. you obviously had a ban before i presume?

bro you harassed her so hard, no matter what she said to you. I have two permabanned accounts so trust me, I feel your pain, however.... the words "Enjoy your ban" is harassment according to Riot. "Nice hack" I can only imagine you were accusing someone of something, could be considered harassment. you even threaten to report multiple people, toxic. Riot TELLS players to mute, then report at end game for a reason. Responding or threatening to report makes you just as toxic no matter what they said back to you.
