Please help... (chat ban)

I had gotten a chat ban 2 months ago for 10 games and it was my fault. After this because I saw I don't take key frags etc I reformed, and now i had my level 2 honor back again trying to make it better and better every day... Last day I played a game and I wanted to test corki mid. I had a bad game but nothing to craaaazy. The premade bot start flaming me reallyyyyyyy hard. I was answering logically with no bad words or anything. If someone could see the chat I never wrote a bad word or anything sarcastic. Then the bot admitted that they don't help me on purpose etc like the support never shield me or using redemption and then typing i don't help you, die. I got really tilted but still no bad words. Today I opened the game and I GOT A CHAT BAN AGAIN AND MY HONOR LEVEL 0 and locked. I feel its unfair, it makes me to want to stop this game and I don't know how can someone from RIOT see what happened and get their ban system fixed and not giving penalties because there are toxic premades.
