I want to report some one and make sure they get banned can i please get some help.

So i was playing a ranked match on league of legends and on the other team the ez afk. Because the ez afk the nocturned on there team started to feed on purpose and i understand that league can automatically pick up when some one is afk to long but i dont believe it can pick up when some one feeds on purpose, So i would like to know if i can directly talk to support to have this person baned for a while since i dont want his behavior spreading to more rank games.
