I'm confused how to access the support ticket system.
Whenever attempting to start a support ticket it prompts me to login. However I'm already logged in and whenever I attempt to login it simply reloads the page and nothing changes.
How do I do this?
So, the easiest way to fix this is to use an incognito or "private mode" window of your browser (in chrome, press CTRL+SHIFT+N on Windows).
There's a couple reasons this could be happening - sometimes the cookie doesn't transfer properly from the boards, sometimes your extensions may be messing with the support site. Instead of messing with cookies, or logging out/back in, most of the time just logging directly into support in an incognito window will let you log in :)
If what chermog mentioned fails, log out of the boards and then log into the support site.
