Is there any way riot could release a account from itz "banned" status ... i have a friend that has got banned a few monthss ago and has stopped playing the game all together ... i realy enjoyed playing with him and I wonder would it b possible to let him play at least normal games ... I would vouch for him and U can ban me as well if he misbehaves again :D
no sry perma bans are not lifted except they were given out by accident. he can create a new account if he wants though
if he wanted to, he could have started a new account.
But I guess he doesn't want to.
this is bullshit ... even if u make a new account and even if u lvl in to 30 getting all champions and all runes and 7 rune pages(not to mention skins and stuff) that would take a very long time ... years mayB the rate he plays ...
