Temporal Ban

Hey. I just have a question about something I´m not sure how it works and I´m not trying to avoid it. I just want to be sure it´s not a technical problem. I got a Temporal Ban that lasts 14 days. I was back then in the LAN server. I got tired of the LAN community due to every game being full of racism and toxic behaviour in me and almost all the other players. So I transfered my account to the NA server. The 14 days are finished in this Tuesday. But in the Client I´m not allowed to view my chat and cannot start a game lobby. I´m fine with the unnability to start a game. After all I deserved it. I just want to make sure that not being able to see neither of my friends is also being caused by the ban and not a server transfer problem.
