Okey. Hello Riot. I want to make a discussion for that i got pernamently banned for nothing. What i mean with that "nothing" ? I mean that i rly flame sometimes, yea, but this time i wasnt flamed like something "get cancer; hope u die " or something hurting like this. I want to ask u to unbann my account because i rly gave a lot of money on it. I will post for what u banned me. You need to know that this is a defendant for violating the personal rights over an account from which you earn money. Such a big industry should not blame for nothing. Think and want to unnbann my account. In addition to constant negativity, these excerpts involve the use of the word "gay" as an insult, a "your mother" joke (in greek, I believe), calling something cancer, calling someone a "retard", and threatening to stop playing. All of this is punishable.

Bans are earned both on the severity of your behavior, the frequency of your behavior, and any previous punishments. If you've been punished before this could easily push you to the next tier of punishment.

Well the world "gay" was about the Ezreal like a champion and it was a joke. Cancer was for xin zhao like a champion again, and in this example cancer means OP champion. I wont play is not flame and nothing punishable, because i was with positive score and i didnt rly stoped playing. I think this bann is not fair, because there are a lot of players who flames more than me and are using rly hard punishable words and they are still not banned for their mistakes.

Using the word "gay" as an insult may be a joke to you, but it isn't a joke to Riot, or to much of the community. The same is true for "cancer." If you can to call him OP, just call him OP.

The actions or behaviors of other players are not important here -- it's possible they've already been punished, or will be soon, or aren't as escalated on their punishment progression as you are. What matters is your own behavior and your account's history.

Imagine telling a jury that someone should be able to get away with murder, because there are serial killers who haven't been caught.

The amount of money you spent on the game is irrelevant. You were a jerk to other players and you haven't learned from your previous punishments, because I assume this is not your first. You acted provocatively in this game, you called someone a retard, you called someone useless, you were extremely negative, you talked about giving up, and you made a sexist comment. That's all grounds for a punishment.

Because Ezreal looks like this and on all social saits he is treating like homesexual person with blonde hair, both with Taric are treating like "Gays". And in real life word "gay " is legit and not treating like a flame because in most countries word gay is normal and there are marriage. Talking about giving up and not doing it is not reason to be banned. I dont know why u attack me and dont take my side, because u already know this is not fair from the riot side. :)

Not what I was referring to, you said that only girls play that bad. Talking about giving up is discouraging your team and it is grounds to be punished, especially if you have said other bad things, like you did in this match.

Toxic is Toxic, just because you aren't using an extreme form of toxic behavior doesn't mean you aren't toxic.

And you do it consistently enough to get banned after you've already had a 14 day.

And if you didn't get a 14 day, that means you've been saying/doing something that bad.

Spending money isn't an excuse to be toxic.

I want someone from riot to answer me and make something for my account because its not fair to bann someone for calling somebody "useless, gay" instead to bann people who wish someone to get cancer, ebola or another kind of virus who kills. If nobody answer and make something with my account i rly will gonna take srsly measures for injustice and fair in this community. I want a last chance for my account. And will change my acting on games

You had plenty of chances to change. You get 3 lesser punishments before permabanned so you had to have known this was your last chance. You were standing out on a lake in April hitting it with a hammer. It is only natural that it breaks.

People like me, who are banned for no reason are doing this, because this company sucks totally and they are Jerks- world series prise - 1 million ? :D:D:D:D Dota - 12. No comment. Prepare for shut down on ur little game :) No giving me back my account ? Okey no problem u wont play then too.

Wrong, the point is to create new account and purchase XP/IP boost + skins. Dedicated players are more beneficial than those Holy Ones scrubs who don't care about the game and don't buy anything.

Do you even have the slightest idea about the numbers you are talking about? The percentage of players spending money teh first time is already low. Then, even lesss players are such utter douchebags, that they get a perma ban. Then, only those that create a new account and spend money in a game, that just permanently banned their previous account, would have a "positive" impact on Riots revenue. Thats just by far to little players to be even noticable in a balance sheet... A couple thousand bucks is so insignificant to a company like Riot, all the expense to get them banned in the first place would already by far exceed any possible gain.

The point of permas is simply, to remove extremly toxic social cripples, nothing less. Your claim is a sorry attempt of finding an excuse, of trying to present someone else except the perma banned people as the problem. But, the problem isnt riot, it isnt the community or aynone else, its the people that manage to receive a permanent ban.

Now you're being silly : the dedicated players who care about the game don't spend their time raging at idiots, they spend it playing the game. The dedicated players are not the ones who get banned. The ones who get banned at the people who rage.

People were saying that from season 1. Then when Dota 2 came out 4 years ago people said LOL will die. Yet even now League is 10x larger than DOTA 2 and never showed signs of decline. You will never get account back. And League will last for decades more. Hell its even starting franchising next year with professional teams. YOu know how much investments that will bring?

And please stop bringing Dota as an argument. Its like telling Apple that they will go bankrupt because of Fidget Spinners. Sure they have high prize pool for their WORLD series. But they dont have yearly League like LCS/LCK/LPL... they just have ocasional tournaments. What DOTA 2 earns in a month time, LOL earns in 5 days
