Since the change of the behavioral system since Aug-2015, there are now 4 tiers of punishment:

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 15-day ban Permaban Unless you decayed from your current punishment tier (done by playing lots of games), you will always move up the ladder when you get punished. Extreme toxicity can skip punishment tiers and this includes toxicity in pre/post game chat.

When you get a 15-day ban, it's lesser about "is this chat worth 15-day ban", but more about "is this chat punishment worthy" and "did you get a 25-game chat restriction".

Your consistent negative behavior is punishment worthy, so ya. Working as intended.

How can you tell that my consistent negative behavior is punishment worthy from 2 chat transcripts, that were the thing given to me as justification for the ban? It makes absolutely no sense. You can't tell if the system is or isn't working based on just these 2 transcripts. AND from what is seems you also can't justify the ban from these 2 chat transcripts alone since you actually run around the question itself instead of answering it. It seems that the system punishes you the more you write rather than by what you write, since i got ban in post game chat arguing with one of those 2 guys i speak about. And by arguing i do mean trying to talk to the guy and get him to stop blaming me for the game. I'll take it you get my point? You do not have a solid argument to make that statement..

Oh great and i actually wasted time replying. :S thanks ^^ I don't think this makes much sense honestly, really fun game but ruined by words like "toxic" "inter" "flammer" "feeder" when you're actually doing none of the above. Maybe feeding lol Hate the vocabulary associated with these things riot does a terrible job of moderating their game. :S

You got punished once, you didn't stop. So they issued a more severe punishment. You still didn't stop. Now you have a 14 day ban. Will you stop?

Did you read the chat? Stop what? Getting annoyed about people who rage for no good reason in a video game feed 5 kills and go "you're so bad omg"? No i won't O.o would you?

Consistent mild toxicity is typically the culprit when people slowly move up the punishment ladder.

The logs showing more than one game indicate that this is a frequent enough behavior.

How is for example the second game anything close so mildly toxic? I did write a lot the second game but i'd argue there is not anything wrong with it either. And that's all they had apparently to point at me. It makes no sense to me, based on this that they would issue bans. Getting disconnected 1 game - Defending myself against unfounded accusations by 2 people that were in a 6 game losing streak because of teams like ours and were "plat" while making basic mistakes and feeding the mid laner 5 kills because i, as VI didn't gank at level 2, this according to them of course... If for every game you find people like this i have this type of conversation that pretty much explains the frequent enough "negative" behavior i think. I deal way better with having bad player on my team than someone going out of their way to annoy me. true enough. Should not justify a ban imo
