I don't see a point in this game

I haven't played very much League of Legends in a year, school has been most of my life for the past 9 months. I used to be into recruiting for my university to have playing come together to have fun and other events like this. Now though I don't see the point when every game I get people just yelling and typing in profanities all game. I know that the community is toxic, but shouldn't the people who purposely try and flame other players be banned from typing? I refuse to spend any money on a game where from the start people who think they are amazing and when one thing goes wrong they sit in base. Or when another player in our lobby has to afk for 5 minutes because his kid woke up for a second screaming, goes to take care of him, that player who is sitting in base tells him that "and enjoy knowing i'll be on this planet with your kid long after you're gone if korea doesn't bomb the **** out of your family", this is not okay. This is coming from just playing AR URF a few minutes ago. It's a game, if you can't deal with a loss then go play with bots. But with a player as flaming as this one, who says that my report is not going to do anything because he has "Honor level 2" and he has been reported multiple times in the past week.....makes me disgusted that a company lets it's users do this, even after they receive reports. I love the mute button, but sometimes it goes too far that I keep it off so I can record what they are saying/doing in hopes that they will get a ban for what they are doing......whatever my rant is done....
