I was perma banned now what....

Im not looking for a pity party i just want to know what can i do now the same guy reported me 10 times and got me punishments on multiple occasions wtf do i do. do i just make a new account and just forget the money and time i spent on this game since the same person reported me 10 times since 1 person can sit there and get me perma banned or is there some form of action i can take against them or am i stuck sitting here having my account the only account ive ever made the only game i ever played all ruined since i felt pity for someone who would sit there and spam my inbox with play with me over and over again and then if i dont sit there and carry them they report me and flame me or do i just have to say well hours of my life was wasted and when i say hours i mean days i just love league so much and i was trying my hardest reforming but i got perma banned literally after i reformed right after i decided i was tired of all this stuff happening i get perma banned i didnt feed that game all i said was jungler please gank bot lane and then everyone reported me and the adc where all he said was chill when everyone was fighting i tried having us all chill by saying the adc said nothing i was the only one bot lane who said anyting then they all agreed to report me and i got perma banned im only 13 i was leraning my lesson i was stopping i was "reforming" and then i got perma banned idk what to do can riot atleast warn me next time i know the previous punishments were the warnings but i was reforming i was doing good and then someone toxic got everyone to gang up on me and i get perma banned i know the response from the community is goign to be mean and harsh i see it from a mile away i just want some justice. the 3 champs i main or atleast used to man T-T
