I have gotten banned for using the word retarded in game, reported by only ONE PERSON and got insta permabanned about 2 mins after the game.
Some mother fucker in my last game called the whole team retarded, made fun of retardation, told us all to die
3/4 people report him and YET an hour LATER no report feedback

Report feedback is not provided to every individual every time. When it does send, it sends to only a single person -- usually the one whose report triggered the punishment.

There's no difference between one report in a game and three. Or nine. Piling on reports makes no difference. As long as you make a report, no one else needs to, so calling for reports is considered harassment.
Well at least you're able to find some humor in it. That's important. I'd be pissed.
